Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated content across various social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Apply nuanced cultural and linguistic knowledge to interpret content in Swedish , maintaining the integrity of the platform.
• Identify, flag, and escalate high-priority content that violates safety policies within the fast-paced social media environment.
• Collaborate with global teams to optimize content moderation workflows and efficiency.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while handling diverse types of digital media.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on ever-evolving social media policies and digital safety trends.
• Contribute to a positive online environment by ensuring all content aligns with company branding and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or work permit for Greece.
• Strong passion for the social media industry and current digital trends.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make objective, timely decisions.
• Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is considered an asset for these Swedish-speaking jobs.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a multicultural, on-site office environment.
