Medical Front Office Coordinator Location: Wichita Falls, TX Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Work Environment: 100% On-site Required Skills Healthcare or medical office experience (0-2 years preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Appointment scheduling experience or administrative support experience Microsoft Office proficiency Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment High School Diploma or equivalent About the Role We are seeking a friendly, organized Medical Front Office Coordinator to support patients and providers in a busy healthcare setting. What You'll Do Schedule and reschedule patient appointments, tests, and follow-up visits Answer patient questions and provide excellent customer service Maintain provider schedules and appointment calendars Coordinate patient financial counseling appointments when needed Verify and update patient information and demographics Assist with front office administrative tasks and documentation Support office operations while maintaining patient confidentiality Work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure a positive patient experience Preferred Experience Medical office, healthcare, front desk, or patient services experience Insurance verification or authorization knowledge Medical terminology familiarity Administrative assistant, receptionist, or scheduling experience Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
