Construction Administrative Assistant

Trillium Construction is seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant near Lincoln, NE.

This is an on-site position at active construction job site.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with daily administrative tasks and scheduling
• Prepare, format, and maintain project documents, reports, and correspondence
• Organize and file permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and daily logs
• Manage incoming/outgoing email communication with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Create and edit documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Create, edit, and manage PDFs using Adobe Acrobat (redlines, markups, forms)
• Track and maintain project files, drawings, and specifications
• Assist with timekeeping, purchase orders, and invoice tracking
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project and personnel information
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Site Manager

Pay rate is $25. Schedule: M - Sat, 60h / week.

Qualifications - Prior experience in construction administration or a construction office environment required
