Annually, Team Members are encouraged to participate in this program. Chick-fil-A, Inc. provides three scholarship award levels: $1,000, $2,500, and $25,000. In 2025, more than 14,000 recipients received scholarships.

• No prior quick-service or restaurant experience required - we provide paid training!
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
