This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated investment management and fund formation matters within a nationally recognized and rapidly expanding Investment Funds platform.
The firm is seeking a motivated associate with strong investment funds experience who is interested in handling complex fund formation and investment management matters across a broad range of alternative investment strategies and asset classes.

Attorneys will work closely with sophisticated sponsors, investment managers, and institutional clients on high‑value and strategically significant fund matters.
