Virtual Personal Assistant

111 Sign, a dynamic and rapidly growing full-colour printing company, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Personal Assistant to join our team. We specialise in delivering premier, all-in-one printing solutions and professional event services to over 3000 businesses across the United States. This is a full-time, remote position for a candidate based in Louisiana, United States. The successful applicant will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring our operations run smoothly as we continue to expand. We are looking for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to providing outstanding support. The offered compensation for this role is $24 - $28 USD per hour.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organise calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
• Handle and screen incoming email correspondence and phone calls, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, and other business-critical documents.
• Assist in the coordination of client projects, liaising between departments to ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct research on potential clients, market trends, and other topics as required to support business objectives.
• Maintain and update company databases and CRM systems with accurate information.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team, including data entry, filing, and other ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity.
• A high degree of discretion and confidentiality is essential for this role.
• A dedicated home office environment with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
• Experience in the printing, events, or graphic design industry would be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon or Etsy is desirable but not essential.
