Join our innovative long-term capacity planning team where you'll shape the future of ultrafast delivery across North America. In this role, you'll optimize network capacity in support of our growing business, enabling faster delivery for our customers. Key job responsibilities- Design and implement long-term capacity models considering customer coverage, demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and cost efficiency- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance network capacity - Define long-term building requirements that consider future business initiatives- Plan for new automation initiatives that impact building design, capacity, and costs- Create data-driven analyses to support business decisions and growth strategies- Foster partnerships across teams to implement network improvementsA day in the lifeYou'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze network performance, develop capacity optimization models, and implement strategic improvements. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
