Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and seating guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly. Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions about our offerings. Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for the next guest. Handling payments and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures. Collaborating with team members to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Maintaining a positive attitude and representing Bison Street Pub’s commitment to excellent service.
