Rolls‑Royce Motor Cars seeks a Senior Component Design Engineer for turbomachinery to lead the design and optimization of high‑precision components for ultra‑luxury vehicles. You will own the full lifecycle of turbomachinery parts, from concept and 3D CAD modelling to analysis, prototyping, testing, and release to production. Partner closely with powertrain, aerodynamics, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure performance, durability, NVH, and cost targets are met. You will champion DFM/DFA, participate in FMEAs, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement and innovation in line with Rolls‑Royce and BMW Group standards.
