Your work will directly impact how clients understand and engage with their portfolios—flattening the UI, reducing friction, and delivering personalized insights through natural language. What You'll Do:Build scalable, secure, and high-performing AI-powered chat experiences using agentic architectures (Bedrock, LangGraph, etc).Integrate with key APIs (Accounts, Holdings, Portfolio Watch, Transactions) to deliver real-time, contextual responses.Contribute to the evolution of Explain and Empower from MVP to a fully capable, cross-platform assistant.Implement robust tooling for evaluation, observability, monitoring, etc. to ensure we are deploying generative AI responsibly.
