About the Position

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing post-acute care team as an Inpatient Hospitalist Physician in St. Albans, VT. This full-time opportunity offers an exceptional work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and no call responsibilities.

Hyannis, MA; North Conway, NH.

Position Highlights:

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends
No call responsibilities
Facility-based inpatient/post-acute care practice
Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available
High degree of autonomy with strong clinical support

Compensation & Benefits:

Guaranteed compensation ranging from $200,000 to $500,000+
Most full-time physicians earn between $300,000 and $500,000 annually

Requirements:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or a related specialty
Active and unrestricted medical license in the applicable state or eligibility for licensure
DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
Experience in hospital medicine, post-acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or internal medicine preferred
Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage medically complex patients
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Ability to travel between assigned facilities as needed
