Job Description

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree with 12 years of relevant experience in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Associates degree with 15 years of relevant experience or high school diploma with 20 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in provisioning and maintaining network infrastructures, as well as developing, operating, and managing networks for secure PKI, IPSEC, or VPN environments.
• Proven expertise with Cisco network equipment, including models such as 9300, 3850, 4900, ASR-2130, etc.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certified at the Professional level in Network Security (CCSP), Network Design (CCDP), and/or Routing & Switching (CCNP).
• Ability to comprehend routing protocols, QOS, and implement traffic shaping and policing on the network, as well as understanding IPSEC tunneling.
• Experience with cryptographic technologies.

• Support customer networks that involve cross-domain solutions, including VPNs, one-way data transfers, unclassified mission-related infrastructures, and Taclane 175 encryption devices, configuring routing with MPLS/VPLS, OSPF, EIGRP at core and distribution devices, and switching at access devices.
• Plan, deploy, and conduct quality assurance for system and network upgrade projects.
• Create high, mid, and low-level diagrams and schematics to document the system and network infrastructure for planning, historical reference, and continuity.
• Design, install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN/WAN equipment necessary for delivering telecommunications services in a diverse environment using various Cisco network equipment, including Nexus and Catalyst models as well as Integrated Service Routers.
• Design networks incorporating switching technologies such as VLAN, Inter-VLAN routing, trunking, and port aggregation in WAN/LAN settings.
