Medical Assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Location: Fresno, CA (On-Site)

Pay: $19 - $21/hr

Mystique Medical Spa is a well-established medical aesthetic practice in Fresno, CA, built on integrity, safety, education, outstanding customer service, growth, teamwork, and fun. We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Medical Assistant to join our team and help provide exceptional care to our patients.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical setting. Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic practices is preferred but not required. The candidate must be bilingual, with strong verbal and written Spanish skills.

What You'll Do:

• Support providers and ensure an exceptional patient experience from consultation to post-treatment follow-up
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist during procedures
• Educate patients on treatments, products, and aftercare instructions
• Accurately complete intake forms, medical histories, consent forms, and documentation
• Perform basic clinical tasks, such as blood draws, PRP preparation, and other approved procedures
• Maintain organization, inventory, and cleanliness of clinical areas
• Communicate effectively with patients, vendors, and team members
• Uphold strict confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and safety protocols
  

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written)
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, or plastic surgery practices is a plus
