Houston, TXJob TypeFull-timeDescriptionTarantino Properties is currently seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team.The ideal candidate will have experience with general maintenance, work orders, unit turns, and property upkeep while providing excellent customer service to residents.Essential Functions:Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional mannerPerform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparationDiagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning unitsIdentify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairsMaintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standardsAssist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenanceRespond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotationThis position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.RequirementsHVAC (EPA) certification required.Pool certification preferredBasic knowledge of furnaces and plumbingExperience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systemsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPhysically active role requiring standing, bending, lifting, and walkingBenefits: Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
