Responsibilities:
Assist stylists with various hair services and treatments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment.
Prepare clients for services by providing consultations and refreshments.
Manage appointment scheduling and client check-ins.
Restock and organize salon products and supplies.
Support marketing efforts by promoting salon services and products.
Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service quality.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology license preferred.
Previous experience in a salon or customer service environment is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
