You'll foster a motivating environment, deliver high-energy workouts, and tailor programming to meet individual needs. Whether coaching group classes or personal training sessions, you'll help athletes of all backgrounds build strength, speed, and confidence. Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes. Maximize client retention through best-in-class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability. Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand. A D1 Coach must be dedicated to training and improving the lives of D1's members Scholastic (ages 7-18), Adults, and Teams, by: Exhibiting passion, expertise, high energy, a positive and motivating attitude, strong character, and over-the-top customer service Starting and finishing workouts on time Assessing and aligning each member with the proper program Building and maintaining relationships with each D1 member Coaching group workouts, personal training, and teams Delivering accurate, industry-leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition Teaching proper form and technique and keeping all our athletes safe Responsibilities: Create a positive, high-performance environment for all athletes Coach group workouts, personal training sessions, and teams Modify and adapt movements to suit individual needs and goals Assess and align each athlete with the proper program Deliver expert guidance on strength, speed, and nutrition Teach proper form and technique to reduce injury risk Build strong relationships and maintain regular contact with athletes Support athletes of all backgrounds, including youth, adults, and female athletes Qualifications: Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification Has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA. Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting. Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred). Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour D1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise, that is growing rapidly. D1 Training has over 80 facilities open and 180+ in development.
