Thrive in a collaborative environment fostering innovation and professional growth.Job DescriptionOverviewDrive fund accounting operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting for diverse investment portfolios.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting workflows and enhance reporting standards.Engage in investor reporting, capital activity management, and audits to support organizational objectives.Utilize advanced accounting expertise to streamline processes and improve financial transparency.Contribute to the formation and documentation of new funds and entities, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment that values innovation and professional growth.Support strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing fund accounting systems and processes.Key Responsibilities & DutiesManage daily accounting operations and financial reporting for investment funds with precision and compliance.Review and reconcile fund administrator NAV packages to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.Calculate management fees, carried interest allocations, and fund expenses efficiently and accurately.Coordinate capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting activities seamlessly.Prepare schedules and respond to inquiries during fund audits and reviews.Assist with tax estimates and regulatory filings in collaboration with advisors and compliance teams.Support onboarding processes and ensure compliance with KYC requirements and regulations.Collaborate with legal and treasury teams for documentation and account management.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA or CPA-eligible preferred.2-5 years of experience in private equity, hedge funds, or fund administration.Strong knowledge of US GAAP and investment accounting principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for financial analysis and reporting.Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage projects in a deadline-driven environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Motivated and proactive individual with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
