We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to take ownership of a busy quick-service restaurant, build a strong team, and drive results. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people and wants the opportunity to grow into multi-unit leadership .

What You’ll Do

• Lead all daily restaurant operations, including drive-thru, front counter, and kitchen
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong team of 15–30 employees
• Build and maintain proper staffing levels
• Coach and develop shift leaders and future managers
• Manage sales, labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant KPIs
• Drive speed of service, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Identify opportunities to improve restaurant performance and profitability
• Create a positive culture built around accountability, teamwork, and recognition

What We’re Looking For

• Current or recent Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management experience required
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• General Manager experience strongly preferred
• Strong Assistant General Managers ready for their next step will be considered
• Experience leading a high-volume and/or drive-thru restaurant
• Strong understanding of labor, food cost, inventory, and restaurant financials
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain employees
• Strong tenure and career progression
• ServSafe certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
