As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll help create a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors or calls our dealership. Schedule Mon & Tues 3PM - 9PM Wed & Fri 4PM - 9PM Every other Saturday 8AM - 8PM What You’ll Do Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Assist with scheduling appointments and general inquiries Maintain a clean and organized reception area Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as needed What You’ll Need Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred (automotive experience a plus!) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a busy environment Proficient with phones, email, and basic computer systems A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. At least 18 years old.
