Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated dance instructor to teach youth Modern, Tap, Ballet and Jazz classes. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, experienced in Modern, Tap, Ballet and Jazz, and able to create a positive and engaging classroom environment. We would love to have 1 person to do both the Modern/Tap Classes and Ballet/Jazz Classes. Please make sure to look at all the dates, location and times and are available for entire programs. UPDATE- We really need someone for the MODERN/TAP DANCE PROGRAM!
Our modern and tap dance classes focus on teaching rhythm and creative movement as well as developing techniques in modern and tap dance styles. Along with these skills, participants will receive daily take home activities that build teamwork, confidence and leadership skills. On our class last day, we will provide a performance to showcase what our participants have learned!

Ballet and Jazz Responsibilities: - Teach ballet and jazz classes for youth
- Develop lesson plans that support skill-building, creativity, and performance readiness
- Encourage discipline, teamwork, and self-expression in students
- Prepare dancers for studio performances, recitals, and/or competitions (if applicable)
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff
- Serve as a positive role model within the studio community
