This is a fully onsite role working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and accounting staff. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain project documentation in Procore Process invoices, track subcontractor billing, and manage lien waivers Support job costing and assist with financial tracking in Sage Coordinate with subcontractors regarding billing, compliance documents, and payment status Assist with change orders, purchase orders, and contract documentation Maintain organized and accurate project files Qualifications 2+ years of construction administrative or construction accounting experience Experience working with subcontractors and managing invoices Proficiency in Procore and Sage strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
