Develops and implements product development strategies using agile development processes to meet business requirements. Delivers IT solutions as platform virtualization (PaaS), or as an application for customers for use as a service on demand (SaaS); or infrastructure/resources (IaaS). Analyze complex environments, design & communicate and pragmatic architectures. Oversees development of conceptual, logical or physical hardware / software designs. Works with dynamic languages such as Python, Bash, Perl, Java, Powershell, etcBasic Qualifications· Substantial OOP experience building enterprise level applications with well established patterns.· Knowledge and experience developing multi-tiered or microservice applications. · Experience with at least one cloud platform. ie. AWS, Azure, Google. · Containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift). · Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins). · Strong scripting experience. · Linux experience.Active Top Secret clearance needed to start with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with PolyDesired Skills· Experience supporting US government agencies.· Experience using Amazon Web Services.· Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, CloudFormation).· Deploying and maintain Kubernetes distributions.· Familiarity with GitOps (GitLab, ArgoCD).· Monitoring & Logging experience (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK Stack).Other skills:· SDLC: Understanding the full Software Development Life Cycle.· Networking: Basic networking, security, & firewall concepts.· Security: DevSecOps principles, identity & access management· Automation: Scripting & building automated pipelines. #LMSpaceSoftwareEngPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $135700.00 - $251900.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
