Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, energetic team member to help prepare high-quality menu items and support a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen environment. In this role, you will contribute to food preparation, follow safety and cleanliness standards, and work collaboratively with the team to help deliver a consistent and positive experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bread food items according to established recipes, quality standards, and food safety procedures
• Cook menu items accurately and efficiently while maintaining consistency in portioning, timing, and presentation
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area throughout the shift
• Support kitchen operations by communicating clearly with team members and adapting to changing priorities
• Monitor product quality and notify leadership of any issues with inventory, equipment, or food safety
• Assist with prep work, cleaning tasks, and other duties as assigned
• Work in a manner that supports a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and a commitment to doing quality work
• Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and operating procedures accurately
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and staying organized during busy periods
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards, or willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and repetitive motions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional attitude under pressure

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a quick-service restaurant environment
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and standard food service practices
• Experience working as part of a team in a customer-focused setting
