Job Description
LINXUS Communications is looking for a motivated and dependable cable technician.
- No previous structured cabling experience required but is desired —we're willing to train.
- We're looking for people with a strong work ethic, good communication, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- As part of our team, you'll work alongside experienced technicians installing and supporting a wide variety of low voltage systems, including structured cabling, fiber optic networks, audiovisual systems, access control, building automation and controls, sound masking, cellular signal amplification systems, and other communications infrastructure.
-Responsibilities include installing and terminating cabling, mounting racks and equipment testing and documenting installations, reading blueprints, keeping job sites clean and safe, and traveling to commercial sites as needed.
