You will learn how to connect with potential customers, understand their needs, present solutions, and grow into a confident business development professional. In this role, you will work closely with business development leaders, marketing, and other team members while gaining hands-on experience in the full business development process.Key responsibilities include:Learn and participate in the full business development cycle, from initial outreach to closing opportunitiesReach out to potential customers through calls, emails, networking, and other outreach methodsBuild and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clientsAsk questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutionsAssist with presentations, product demonstrations, and proposalsAttend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to meet potential customersWork toward monthly and quarterly goals with guidance from leadershipCollaborate with Business Development Leadership, Marketing, and other internal teamsParticipate in training sessions and ongoing coaching to continuously improve your business development skillsQualifications include:Bachelor's degree preferredRecent graduates are encouraged to applyNo prior experience requiredStrong interest in starting a career in business developmentWillingness to learn and be coachedPositive attitude and strong work ethicGood communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable speaking with new peopleSelf-motivated and eager to growAbility to stay positive and persistent when facing challengesPreferred (not required):Sales internship, customer service experience, retail, or business experienceExperience with presentations, phone calls, or customer interactionFamiliarity with CRM tools such as SalesforceCompensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearCompensation and benefits include:Base salary: $65,000 – $80,000Performance-based bonus and commission opportunitiesTraining and ongoing coachingSupportive team environment
