Job Description

Role Summary: The Business Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions, create dashboards/reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Analysis
   • Gather data from multiple sources, clean/preprocess it, and perform statistical analysis.
   • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.
2. Reporting & Visualization
   • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
   • Use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to make insights accessible.
3. Problem-Solving
   • Identify business challenges and opportunities.
   • Formulate hypotheses and use data to propose actionable solutions.
4. Collaboration
   • Partner with teams (marketing, sales, product) to understand their data needs.
   • Deliver insights that align with business objectives.
5. Strategic Guidance
   • Leverage data to influence business strategies and improve organizational performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role).
• Technical Proficiency:
  • SQL (querying databases)
  • Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)
  • Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and derive business insights.
• Communication: Clearly explain findings to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking to address business challenges.

Nice-to-Have (if applicable):

• Experience with Python/R for advanced analytics.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling or A/B testing.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
