We are seeking a highly motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing IT consultants on the bench, developing strong vendor and client relationships, and supporting successful placements in a fully remote environment.
Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, and USC) to vendors and clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Communicate regularly with consultants to understand their skills, availability, and job preferences.
Submit consultants to suitable job requirements and coordinate interview processes.
Negotiate rates and contract terms with clients and vendors.
Follow up consistently for interview feedback and placement updates.
Maintain accurate daily and weekly reports on submissions, interviews, and closures.
Update and manage consultant resumes and profiles.
Utilize job portals and online platforms such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools to source requirements.
Basic understanding of the US IT bench sales process.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in US shift timings.
Knowledge of US visa types such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.
Prior internship or training in bench sales is an advantage.
