About this Role Associate Campus Recruiters coordinate the strategy, logistics, and execution of campus and university recruitment efforts. You will represent the Gartner brand and ensure we attract the best and brightest students, working with university leaders, professors, and career services to build brand awareness. Responsibilities Work with Campus Recruiters to create a recruitment plan for universities in assigned territories. Develop innovative and creative strategies to attract diverse, high‑potential candidates. Coordinate all events at assigned universities, ensuring timeliness and consistency, and partner with Recruiting Coordinators. Build and maintain relationships with University Career Services to support overall recruitment activities. Attend events and functions to support branding and awareness, while monitoring and controlling event budgets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1–3 years of campus recruiting or related experience. Strong relationship‑building skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi‑task. High energy, collaborative, brand‑ambassador mindset. Salary Range A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 57,000 USD – 79,000 USD.
